Issue/Rationale

Amendment of this policy creates a means by which the School Board can ensure compliance with Florida Statute 120.74(1) which requires that the School Board perform a formal review of its rules every 2 years and also creates a means by which formal review is conducted.

Recommended Action

Superintendent recommends approval.
